2.1 Product Descriptions

We specialize in high-quality diving equipment including but not limited to:

  • Dive computers and analysers
  • Backplate & wing systems
  • Freedive and spearfishing gear
  • Underwater photography accessories
  • Safety equipment (knives, float systems)
  • Exposure protection (hoods, gloves, masks)

We make every effort to display product colors and features accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Masks (all types)
  • Gloves (all types)
  • Hoods
  • Hand spears

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending a confirmation email. All orders are subject to verification and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items (exclusions noted in section 2.3). To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

5.2 Return Process

  2. Wait for Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
  3. Repackage item securely with original packaging and accessories

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5.4 Exchanges

For size, color, or model changes, follow the return process and specify your exchange request.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, customs fees may apply.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Product Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. We will honor all valid warranty claims according to Australian Consumer Law.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Dive Gears Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website use.

6.3 Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
