The parcel post rates are valid for packages of a maximum size of a meter (39") and a maximum weight of 30kg (66lbs).

Oversized items will be delivered by UPS and will be subject to additional charges, Contact our customer service for more details.

Dangerous goods cannot be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator : please contact our customer service for details. Refer to the descrition of each product to see if special conditions apply.

Conditions

All orders destined to the United States are shipped via Canada Post’s Xpresspost Service.

They are not subjected to Canadian taxes, but might be covered by customs duty on importation, local taxes and customs processing fees prevailing in the United States.

In such case, a customs invoice will be sent with your package or will come separately through mail. The payment of such additional fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Freedivegears is unable to provide estimates for such costs, and advises you to check with your local customs office or duly accredited customs broker for more details.

Please note that Freedivegears is not responsible for unclaimed parcels and for charges incurred for products return. Additional charges will apply for re-delivering parcels that haven’t been claimed within the post office deadline.

Restrictions : Please note that trade agreements restrict the sale of certain products outside Canada. Also note that the volume or weight of some products prevents us from shipping through postal service. Please refer to the description of each product to see if special conditions apply. Easy Returns & Exchanges

Free returns are offered for all orders of $50 and greater. Only orders delivered within the regular delivery zones are eligible for free returns and will include a prepaid return label.

The following zones are excluded from the Free Returns promotion and will not include a prepaid return label: northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Magdalen Islands, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut and Nunavik and the United States. This offer does not apply to oversized items that are subject to additional shipping charges, nor does it apply to special cases.

Check conditions and restrictions
 

Past the 30-day period, only the manufacturer's warranty will be applicable. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damages or normal wear. Please contact the Freedivegears customer service for more information about manufacturer warranties.

Online Purchases
Returns will be accepted within a 30-day period starting from the day the order has been received by the customer, except for the above mentioned exceptions. Exchanging an item is not possible for orders placed online. Please note that the customer is responsible for any fees involved to return an order.

* Online purchases can be returned by mail or in person in one of our stores. 
* Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

How to use the return label
Before returning merchandise, the item must be clean and retain the original packaging and labels.
The original box or bag must be reused for the return shipment. If the box or bag were damaged, place items in a box or a sturdy bag in order to protect them, along with their original packaging.
Only one address and barcode should be visible on the outside of the packaging.
The package must be dropped off at a Canada Post office.

Exceptions and restrictions
We do not accept returns on the following items :
Swimwears
Underwears
Socks, gloves, wetsuits. that they have never been used and are returned with their original labels and packaging.
Shipments cannot be sent by courier (Purolator, Fedex, et.c) or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Under no circumstances will a return be accepted in person at the address found on the return form.

Warranty
The goal of this warranty is to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
If, for a valid reason, you feel that a product purchased at Freedivegears does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it, clean (cleaned if necessary) and accompanied by a proof of purchase and the original packaging. We will make sure the product is either repaired, replaced or refunded, according to the situation.

Beyond this initial 30-days period, the manufacturer's standard warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or theft.
