Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Delivery time then depends on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Express Delivery (Recommended): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx (AUD $12.95 flat rate)
- Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (free for orders over AUD $50)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally! However, we currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and some remote island locations due to customs restrictions. During checkout, our system will automatically notify you if we can’t ship to your location.
How is specialized equipment like spearguns packed for shipping?
We take extra care with performance dive equipment:
- Spearguns & Polespears: Disassembled and packed in protective tubes
- Wetsuits: Vacuum-sealed to minimize size
- Backplate Systems: Components packed with anti-corrosion protection
- Fins & Masks: Protected with biodegradable padding

Who pays for customs duties and taxes?
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We declare all packages accurately as “sporting goods” or “diving equipment” to facilitate smooth clearance. For EU countries, VAT is calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items.
Important: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits, hoods, and gloves must be returned unworn with original tags attached.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?
Yes! We’re happy to help with exchanges. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Do your products come with warranties?
Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-3 years depending on the item. The warranty details are listed on each product page. We handle all warranty claims directly – just contact us with your purchase details.
